baked with our own marinara sauce topped with imported cheeses and served with pasta

a tender breast sautéed in marsala wine with prosciutto and imported mushrooms served with angel hair

Chicken Anglaise
sautéed boneless breast with a delicate, tasty light supreme sauce

New England Fresh Haddock
topped with seasoned bread crumbs, broiled and served with lemon herb butter

Filet of Salmon
grilled or broiled and topped with a light lemon dill sauce

Rump Roast au jus
